Please choose carefully as each of our pieces are custom we do not offer a refund.

Please note: As each piece is handmade and made to order, there is a resizing fee of $60 plus postage for any incorrect sizes ordered. We suggest if you are unsure to head into any local jeweller and have your fingers professionally sized.

Exchanges

Shipping

To return your product, send us an email at info@neverneverjewellery.com.au to confirm return shipping address. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
